摘 要
步入21世纪以来,我国的经济发展突飞猛进,我国基础设施建设正以前所未有的规模在全国展开,同时质量问题越来越成为人们关注的焦点,近年来频繁出现的一些质量事故,如路基沉陷、大坝决堤、房屋倒毁等等,直接关系到人民群众生命财产安全,引起国家有关部门的高度重视。因此,我们必须重视和加强施工现场的工程质量管理,提高工程施工质量。在顶岗实习一年的时间里,我作为北京市2010年疏堵工程六里桥南里站改造工程和西道口过街天桥改造工程的技术员,深有体会的意识到远离“豆腐渣”工程,真正做到对工程、人民群众负责的重要性。倡导建筑人建造出高质量、高科技让人民群众放心的工程。本文就强调沥青路面早期破损日益增多的现象,对路面施工基础技术要求、质量要求、预防措施等做出扼要说明和自我见解。

Abstract
Since entering 21st century, due to the fast national economic development, the infrastructure construction projects are being implemented and conducted in an unprecedented scale nationwide in China. However, at the same time, more and more people  put their focus on the projects quality issue, such as foundation settlement, Dam burst, House and Building collapse, which has straight something to do with safety of the people and property, and focused on by the relevant national institutions.
Therefore, we should pay attention to and strengthen the management in terms of project quality control, and improve the quality sincerely. During the one year’ practice, as an engineer in the project of Dredging of the Liuliqiao Bridge South station and renovation of over-bridge in west opening 2010 in Beijing, I  really realized the importance that we should keep far away from the low-quality project and really be responsible  to the project and our people, so we advocate to construct the works in high quality, by high tech and to people-satisfaction. This article emphasized the issue of the increasing initial damaged asphalt pavement, and demonstrated the critical and concise description in terms of pavement basic technical requirement and quality control requirement and precaution and protection measures.
