摘要
自1870年伦敦建设第一条用于客运的钻挖式地铁以来,地铁在城市交通运输中的地位不断提高,利用地铁推动城市经济建设发展也成为许多部门研究的方向。在现代城市交通系统中,地铁以其节省土地,减少噪音,节约能源,不占用地上空间等特点,已成为主要的交通运输方式之一,极大的缓解了交通压力。以莫斯科为例,该市800万市民平均每天每人均要乘坐一次地铁,地铁平均每天输送乘客达到900余万人次,承担起市客运总量的44%。地铁车辆段作为列车停靠,检查,整备,运用和维修的场所,占地面积较大。在实际工程中,由于便民、成本等原因,地铁施工需要在城市中心、商业中心及居住区等人口集中处进行,为节约城市土地,更好的实现城市经济发展和城市建设,在地铁车辆段上盖物业已成为我们发展的目标之一,具有巨大的发展空间与广阔的投资前景。
在地铁上盖物业,当地铁车辆段列车的振动激励经过道床、立柱、平台等传播至上方建筑物后,会引起建筑结构的振动激励并会产生二次噪声等不利影响,会对人们的身体健康产生慢性损伤,对人们的生产生活造成很大影响。而地铁车辆来往频率较大,对建筑及人们有持续的恶性作用,为减小这些振动效应的影响,必须进行相应的减振措施。而进行减振措施之前,对建筑结构进行振动特性和动力响应分析,得出建筑结构在车致振动作用下的振动特点十分必要,并进而进行建筑结构的舒适度评价。本文选取武汉野芷湖地铁8号线车辆段上盖物业为研究对象,通过类比实测作为输入,采用数值的方法分析列车荷载作用下地铁上盖物业的振动特性和动力响应规律。具体工作如下:
(1)根据相关文献资料,了解地铁上盖物业的主要振源荷载以及振动传播途径,了解振动传播至建筑物后对人体造成的不利影响。
(2)选取野芷湖车辆段上盖物业实际工程,基于相关实际施工图纸,通过有限元分析软件ansys建立弱振条件下地铁上盖物业的平台层-上盖物业有限元模型;
(3)对武汉野芷湖地铁8号线车辆段上指定点的XYZ各方向振动速度及加速度进行类比实测,以实测结果作为振动激励输入有限元模型中,通过得出的时程曲线及振级等规律进行列车荷载下地铁上盖物业的振动特性和动力响应分析;
最后,基于全文内容,针对本文的不足对下一步的研究进行展望。

Abstract
Since the construction of the first subway in passenger transport in London in 1870, the status of the subway in urban transport has been increasing. The use of the subway to promote the development of urban economy has also become the direction of many departments. In the modern urban transport system, the subway to save their land, reduce noise, save energy, do not take up space and other characteristics, has become one of the major modes of transport, greatly ease the traffic pressure. To Moscow, for example, the city's 8 million people an average of every day to take a subway, the average daily transport of passengers to reach 900 million passengers, starting from 44% of the total passenger traffic. Subway depot as a train docking, inspection, preparation, use and maintenance of the place, covers an area of larger.   In the subway construction, the vibration of the subway depot train vibration through the bed, columns, platforms and other spread to the top of the building, will cause the vibration of the building structure and will produce secondary noise and other adverse effects, the people's body Health has chronic injury, people's production and life have a great impact. And the frequency of subway vehicles, the construction and people have a sustained vicious effect, in order to reduce the impact of these vibration effects, must be the appropriate measures to reduce vibration. Before the vibration control measures, the vibration characteristics and dynamic response analysis of the building structure are obtained, and it is necessary to make the vibration characteristics of the building structure under the action of the vehicle vibration, and then evaluate the comfort of the building structure. In this paper, the construction of the garage of Wuhan Wizhihu Subway Line 8 is taken as the object of study. Through the analogy measurement as input, the vibration characteristics and dynamic response rules of the subway superstructure under the train load are analyzed by numerical method. Specific work is as follows:
(1) Understand the main source load and vibration transmission of the subway cap, according to the relevant literature, to understand the adverse effects on the human body after the vibration is transmitted to the building.
(2) Based on the relevant actual construction drawing, the finite element analysis software ansys was used to establish the platform layer of the subway superstructure under the condition of weak vibration.
(3) The vibration velocity and acceleration of the XYZ direction of the designated point on the railway section of Wuhan Wye Lake Metro Line 8 are measured. The results are taken as the vibration excitation input finite element model. Through the time curve and vibration Class and other rules of the train load under the subway building structure of the vibration characteristics and dynamic response analysis;
Finally, based on the content of the whole paper, the future of this paper is forecasted.
