柑橘皮果胶提取技术研究(5400字)
摘  要:以柑橘皮为原料,用酸水解法提取其中的果胶,通过重量法测定提取液中果胶的含量,研究不同因素对果胶得率的影响,结合正交试验确定最佳提取工艺条件。主要结论:从柑橘皮中提取果胶的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:20、温度70℃、pH 1.5、时间90 min,果胶得率可达19.35%。

Study on extraction technology of orange peel pectin
Abstract:With orange peel as raw material was extracted with acid hydrolysis of pectin, the weight determined by extraction of pectin content of different factors on rate of pectin extraction, combined with orthogonal test to determine the optimum extraction conditions. The main conclusions: extracting pectin from citrus peel the optimum conditions for the solid to liquid ratio 1:20, temperature 70℃, pH1.5, time 90min, pectin extraction rate was 19.35%.
