产类胡萝卜素菌株的诱变研究(4600字)
摘要:为了提高类胡萝卜素的产量,以红酵母为出发菌株,经过紫外诱变,得到突变菌株。然后利用此突变株进行液态摇瓶发酵,比较诱变前后生物量、类胡萝卜素含量与产量。结果表明,生物量与出发菌株相比提高了33.33%;类胡萝卜素含量与出发菌株相比提高了24.62%;类胡萝卜素产量与出发菌株相比提高了66.16%。经十次传代稳定性实验,结果表明该菌株具有良好的遗传稳定性。

Breeding of the mutants with a high yield of carotenoid
Abstract: To improve the yield of carotenoids, rhodotorula strain after UV mutagenesis, are mutant. Then use this mutant in liquid shake flask fermentation, biomass compared before and after mutation, carotenoid content and yield. The results showed that biomass increased as compared with the original strain was 33.33%; carotenoid content increased compared with the original strain 24.62%; carotenoid production compared with the original strain increased 66.16%. After 10 passages, stability test results show that the strain has a good genetic stability.
