摘  要：敬钊缨毛蛛(Chilobrachys jingzhao)分布于广西及海南等地。JZTX-III是其中的一种主要成分，具有神经毒活性，细胞毒活性等多种离子通道作用的活性。为了研究毒素与 离子通道的分子机制，需对JZTX-III进行定点突变， PCR法进行定点突变并构建到表达质粒pVT102U/α转入酿酒酵母S78菌株上进行分泌表达。质粒pVT102U/α是游离型载体，它在S78中的表 达是组成型表达，无需诱导，是一个克隆与表达操作都非常简便的系统。我们将质粒转入酵母，筛选，得到目的菌落，再将其扩大培养，发酵，将产品分离纯化，得 到大量目的产物进行鉴定。

Recombinant Expression and identification of JZTX-III's mutants  (M4, M11, M12)
Abstract：Chilobrachys jingzhao found recently in Guangxi and Yunnan in the south of China. JZTX-III is one of the main component of the venom，The venom of JZTX-III is a mixture of various components with different types of biological activities ，In order to study the venom and the ion channel ，we use  the PCR analysis and choose the eukaryotic secretion expression system which includes the vector of pVT102U/α and the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain S78.  (pVT102U/α is a episomal vector), then we get the colony,.we supenatants of the clones, ferment,bioseparation and purification ,at last identification,this is all of our experimentation。
