摘要
    通过水热法合成了MgGa2O4:R(R=Dy3+、Eu3+)系列荧光粉,观察到各自的发光以及各自不同掺杂比的发光。通过检测出的XRD图谱对MgGa2O4:R(R=Dy3+、Eu3+)进行物相分析,得到荧光粉样品的平均粒径。通过对各自不同掺杂比的激发谱和发射谱进行比较,得到随着Dy3+浓度的减小,荧光粉的发射峰和激发峰强度逐渐增大,随着Eu3+浓度的增加,荧光粉的发射峰和激发峰强度逐渐增大。结果表明可以通过减少Dy3+浓度,来增强荧光发光强度。通过增大Eu3+浓度,来增强荧光粉的发光强度。

Synthesis and spectral characteristics of gallate  nanocrystalline
Abstract
A series of MgGa2O4:R(R=Dy3+、Eu3+) phosphor synthesized by hydrothermal method , observed their luminescence what is with different doping ratio of luminescence.MgGa2O4:R(R=Dy3+、Eu3+)Phase analysis by XRD  spectra,get the average particle diameter of the phosphor samples obtained.By fluorescence characteristics on different doping ratio to compare there emission spectra and excitation spectra ,found that with the Eu3+ concentration increases, the phosphor emission peak and the excitation peak luminous intensity gradually become larger.With the Dy3+ concentration increases,the phosphor emission peak and the excitation peak luminous intensity gradually become smaller.The results showed that by reducing the Dy3+ concentration, to enhance the fluorescence emission intensity. By increasing the Eu3+ concentration, to enhance the fluorescence emission intensity.
