摘要
无传感器运行的异步电机传动系统的控制技术是当代电机控制的一个重要方向。在对电机进行控制的过程中,磁链的观测和估算是关键,但是磁链获取的准确性会受到电机各种参数变化的影响。本文重点是通过基于转子磁链的模型参考自适应理论,对对于磁链有着不可忽略的定子电阻进行辨识研究。
首先我们讨论了异步电机的工作原理,这是异步电机传动控制的基础。由于异步电机在三相坐标系中的数学模型具有极大的复杂性,因此我们利用左边变换理论将三相坐标系转换为两相静止坐标系,这就使得转换后的数学模型简化了很多。然后利用MATLAB中的SIMULINK组件根据推导出的数学模型搭建了异步电机磁链的观测模型并与实际磁链进行对比以证实模型的准确性。
对定子电阻进行观测的传统方法就是通过空转和堵转实验以得到电机的铁损、摩擦损耗、转子电阻、电感等信息。最后根据磁链方程和电压方程进行推导。但是这类方法需要外部设备并且表现出一定的不可靠性。本文是根据模型参考自适应法,以与定子电阻无关的转子磁链电流模型为参考模型,以与定子电阻有关的转子磁链电压模型为可调模型,通过自适应机构对定子电阻进行辨识。并通过仿真模型,对于其结果进行观测分析,具有极高的实用价值。

Research on stator Resistance Identification Technology of Induction Motor in sensorless Operation
ABSTRACT
The control technology of sensorless asynchronous motor drive system is an important direction of modern motor control. In the process of controlling the motor, the observation and estimation of the flux is the key, but the accuracy of the flux acquisition will be affected by the various parameters of the motor. This paper focuses on the identification of stator resistance which can not be ignored by the model reference adaptive theory based on rotor flux.
First, we discuss the working principle of asynchronous motor, which is the basis of drive control of asynchronous motor. Because the mathematical model of asynchronous motor in the three-phase coordinate system has great complexity, we use the left-hand transformation theory to convert the three-phase coordinate system to the two-phase stationary coordinate system, which makes the converted mathematical model simplified a lot. Then the observed model of induction motor flux is built by using the SIMULINK module of MATLAB according to the mathematical model derived and compared with the actual flux to verify the accuracy of the model.
The traditional method of stator resistance observation is to obtain the information of iron loss, friction loss, rotor resistance, inductance and so on through idling and shutoff experiments in order to obtain the information of motor's iron loss, friction loss, rotor resistance, inductance and so on. Finally, the equations of flux and voltage are deduced. However, such methods require external equipment and show a certain degree of unreliability. In this paper, according to the model reference adaptive method, the rotor flux current model independent of stator resistance is taken as reference model, and the rotor flux voltage model related to stator resistance is used as adjustable model. The stator resistance is identified by adaptive mechanism. Through the simulation model, the results are observed and analyzed, which is of great practical value.
