跨国公司内部贸易对我国的影响与对策(13700字)
摘 要：在当代的国际贸易中,跨国公司的快速发展备受瞩目,特别是跨国公司内部成员之间的贸易更是引起了广泛的关注。跨国公司为了追求世界范围内利润的最大化而实行生产营销一体化管理，将很大部分的国际贸易纳入其内部交易体系，这必然对我国的对外贸易、国际收支、引进外资、引进技术、国内市场、国内企业、国家利益、经济发展等均产生深刻的影响。因此,内部贸易对我国经济的冲击就不能忽视，而应该深入分析其动因，采取适当对策，是当前应予以重视的现实问题。

Trade of Multinational Corporations and Countermeasures
Abstract: In the contemporary international trade, the rapid development of high-profile multinational companies, especially multinational corporations, trade among members is attracting wide attention. Multinational corporations in the world in pursuit of maximizing profits by introducing the integrated management of production and marketing, international trade will be very much into their internal trading system, which is bound to China's foreign trade, balance of payments, foreign capital, technology, the domestic market, domestic enterprises, national interests and economic development are significant have a profound impact. Therefore, the internal impact of trade on China's economy can not be taken lightly, but should be in-depth analysis of its causes, to take appropriate measures, attention should be paid the current reality.
