当前我国粮食贸易面临的主要问题及应对措施分析(16000字)
摘  要：粮食是国民经济基础之基础，是人类社会赖以生存的必需品，是关系国计民生的战略物资。本文在综述国内外相关研究成果的基础上，对世界粮食生产与贸易现状进行了汇总，从大米、粗粮和小麦三种主要谷物的相关分析中，总结了中国粮食生产与贸易现状，认为出口粮食质量不高、结构不合理，粮食供求缺口矛盾没有得到根本性解决，粮食贸易安全问题突出，对外依存度过高是中国粮食贸易过程中所面临的突出问题，并就增加粮食生产的科研投入，增加农业公共投入，健全贸易物流体系，适度降低贸易干预，完善粮食储备体系等方面提出了改进中国粮食贸易格局的政策建议。

Analysis of the Main Problems of and Solutions to Our Country’s Grain Trade at Present
Abstract：Food is not only the most rudimentary national economy, the necessity that human society lives by , but also is the strategic supply which matters to the whole international the people's livelihood.This essay summarizes the research results related to it both at home and abroad, giving a conclusion of the world grain production and food trade status by the analyses of rice, coarse food grain and wheat.The peak issues that block the process of Chinese grain trade are low quality of exporting grain, poor structure, unsolved contradiction of supply and demand, security of grain trade and highly dependent on other countries.This essay raises some suggestions that can improve the structure of Chinese grain trade such as increasing input for scientific research of food production, completing trade logistics system, decreasing trade intervention properly and perfecting grain reserve system.
