摘  要：湖南是中国的一个农业大省，湖南农产品加工业在中国经济中具有很重要的地位。目前,湖南省农产品加工业面临着优势逐步丧失，农产品加工企业在省内企业所占比重降低、技术水平落后、政策不完善等方面的问题。这些问题制约了湖南农产品加工业的发展,影响湖南经济的发展。本毕业论文在利用SWOT分析法对湖南省的农产品加工业进行分析后，提出只有通过提高内资企业在加工业中的地位、调整优化加工贸易结构、提升技术水平及完善政策等策略,才能保证湖南省农产品加工业的可持续发展。

Research On The SWOT Analysis Of Hunan Agricultural Products Trade And Strategic Choice
Abstract：Hunan is one of China's major agricultural province, Hunan Agricultural processing trade has a very important position in China's economy. Currently, the processing trade of agricultural products in Hunan Province is facing the gradual loss of advantage, agricultural products processing trade enterprises decreased the proportion of enterprises in the province, technical backwardness, inadequate policy and other issues. These problems have constrained the development of processing trade of agricultural products in Hunan, influence Hunan's economic development. This thesis in the use of SWOT analysis of processing trade of agricultural products in Hunan Province after the analysis that only by increasing the domestic enterprises in the processing trade status, adjust and optimize the processing trade structure, enhance the technological level and improve policies, to ensure that agricultural products in Hunan Province sustainable development of processing trade；

湖南省农产品加工业发展规模不断地扩大，加工水平不断提高，且具有明显的地区性，进出口结构开始优化等现状。针对这些现状，在SWOT分析模型下，得出湖南省具有：土地，人力资源，农产品丰富等优势；同时湖南省农产品加工业又存在加工转化率低，自主创新水平低，加工产能结构不合理等劣势；面对机遇和挑战，湖南省的农产品加工业可以通过强化政府作为，行业协会，资金投入，政府出台优惠政策，扩大对外开放等途径来促进湖南省农产品加工业的发展，拉动湖南省经济的发展。
