摘  要：近年来，外资大举进军中国农业。投资范围涉及种植业、养殖业等各行业以及农产品流通和加工等多个环节。如何看待外资进入中国农业领域的问题，外资进入 中国农业领域对中国政治、经济有何影响值得我们不断的研究与探讨。只有研究透彻其风险状况才能做出更为精确的应对策略,这些问题的分析对我国经济发展意义 重大。本文分析了外资进入中国农业领域的现实状况，在此基础上探讨了外资进入中国农业产业链对中国经济的影响，并相应地就中国政府、企业和相关组织如何应 对外资进入中国农业领域提出意见和建议。

Study on Risks of FDI in China's Agriculture
Abstract: In recent years, massive foreign capitals invest into Chinese agriculture, ranging from planting and breeding, as well as circulation and processing of agricultural products. Therefore, we should correctly deal with the problem that the foreign capitals invest into Chinese agriculture. Meanwhile, we should continuously research and explore its impact on Chinese polity and economy. Only a thorough research of its risk status is able to make a more precise strategy. This paper analyzes the reality of the foreign capitals investing into Chinese agriculture and explores its impact on Chinese economy. It also puts forward the comments and suggestions which the Chinese government, enterprises and related organizations deal with the foreign capitals investing into Chinese agriculture.
