WTO框架下中美农业补贴政策的比较及对我国的启示(毕业论文15400字)
摘  要：各国政府对于本国农产品各领域给与的投资与扶持即为农业补贴政策。入世后，农业补贴政策进行了全球性的调整，总体来说减少了农产品价格和进出口方面的补贴，增加了对农民收入和农业结构调整等方面的补贴。我国的农业补贴政策补贴水平低、支持力度小，使得本身就处于不利地位的农业更难以适应WTO规则下的激烈竞争。本文深入分析了美国农业补贴政策和我国农业补贴政策的具体特点，进而得出如何促进我国农业发展，促进农业收入的启示。

Study on Comparison of U.S. Agricultural Subsidies with Chinese and the Enlightenment under WTO Rules
Abstract: Governments in various fields of agricultural products for domestic investment and support shall be given to agricultural subsidies. After accession to the WTO, agricultural subsidies policy adjust themselves, the overall decrease of prices of agricultural products for import and export aspects of the subsidies, increase farmers income and other aspects of agricultural subsidies adjustment. Our policy of subsidies is the low level in agricultural subsidies and support in small. It make itself at a disadvantage in agriculture and more difficult to adapt to fierce competition under WTO rules. This is a in-depth analysis of the U.S. agricultural subsidies and the characteristics of China's agricultural subsidies, then come up with ways to promote agricultural development, farmers income in China.
