入世后美国农业补贴政策对中国的影响及对策分析(毕业论文16500字)
摘  要：农业补贴会对农业生产和贸易产生不同程度的影响，WTO《农业协议》要求各成员国削减会扭曲农业生产的补贴，并且认可不会对农业生产有直接显著影响的补贴政策。在各国普遍提高农业补贴水平、调整补贴结构以支持本国农业发展的新形势下，本文首先介绍和分析了美国农业政策现状，然后在评述美国农业补贴政策的基础上，分析了入世之后美国农业政策对中国农业产生的影响，并提出了我国农业补贴政策改革的对策。

Study on the Effect and Strategy Analyses of American Agriculture Subsidies to China after Entered WTO
Abstract:Agricultural subsidies will produce different effects to agricultural production and trade.WTO"Agreement on Agriculture,"called on Member States to reduce subsidies that distort agricultural production, but recognized subsidies which does not have a direct and significant impact.General increase in agricultural subsidies in the national level,adjusting the subsidy structure to support the national agricultural development in the new situation,this paper introduces and analyzes the status of U.S. agricultural policy, and U.S. agricultural subsidies in the comments, based on analysis of U.S. agricultural policies after WTO accession the impact on China's agriculture, and put forward the strategy of agricultural subsidy policy orientation.
