摘  要: 随着世界经济一体化进程的加快，出口信用保险作为政府扶持的保险业务，是外贸企业的安全网，现在已逐渐成为各国扩大出口，防范收汇风险的通行做法。我国作为一个新兴市场经济国家，出口信用保险起步晚，发展的历史短，与世界发达国家的差距较大。本文从分析出口信用保险的基本概念和作用入手，结合了国内外形势分析了我国出口信用保险的发展趋势，主体部分分析了我国出口信用保险发展的现状及制约因素，同时从政府、出口信用保险公司、出口企业三个方面提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: With the acceleration of the course of the world economic integration, as government-supported insurance business, export credit insurance is the safety net of foreign trade enterprises. At present, it is a common practice to extend exports and to prevent the risks from exchange collections gradually. China as a newly emerging market economy country starts export credit insurance late, the development history is short, and there’s a big gap between developed countries. This paper begins with the analysis of the basic concept and the function of export credit insurance, combines with internal and external situation of the country's development tendency of export credit insurance. The main body analyzes the current situation and constraints, and put forwards three countermeasures from the government, export credit insurance corporation and export enterprises.
