在当代中国经济体制下，大众需要文化。作为大众传媒最主要的方式，我们需要的娱乐文化既不是图腾般的文化，也不是是单一重复的浅薄无聊的娱乐，更不是反人类精神文明与反时代的低俗文化。我们需要的则是能在精神文明与物质文明上有着创意和创新，具有引导人类前进、积极追求的、审美效应的、能够益智的文化。从历史与社会的发展研究，我国在社会主义市场经济体制建立过程中，中国经济发展进入了一个新的转折期，人民日益增长的物质文化在不断提高，文化产业是经济当中一种最优良的友好型产业。重视文化产业是推动文化产业发展的必备条件之一,将文化产业和中国经济的国际化发展联系起来也是个重要的角度。因此探讨中国经济的转型给文化产业带来的机会具有重要意义。

Abstract
