上市公司的财务报表分析是通过收集、整理上市公司的财务会计报告中的有关数据，并结合其他有关补充信息，对上市公司的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量情况进行综合比较和评价，为财务会计报告使用者提供管理决策和控制依据的一项管理工作。
投资者可以通过对上市公司的财务报表的分析，选择对自己有用的信息，理性的选择投资公司，做出正确的决策，从而可以达到自己获得盈利的目的。上市公司财务报表分析与投资管理有着密切的关系。上市公司的财务报表分析对于其使用者有着至关重要的作用。
本文是从财务报表分析出发，通过与财务报表分析、财务管理等知识的相结合，以青岛海尔有限公司为例进行全面分析，对青岛海尔的财务业绩作综合分析。使报表使用者可以更直观地了解上市公司报表分析的方法。在以后的使用中可以让财务报表的使用者对上市公司财务报表进行分析时起到借鉴作用。使企业能合理的利用会计信息管理企业的资金，预测未来，找准投资方向、经营方向，避免资金的不合理利用。

Investors can through the analysis of the financial statements of listed companies, select useful information on their own, the choice of rational investment company, to make the right decisions, which can achieve the goal of their own profit. Listed company financial statement analysis and investment management have a close relationship. The listed company financial statement analyses to its users have a vital role.
