服务型企业财务预算管理问题研究-以H企业为例(任务书,开题报告,毕业论文18000字)
摘 要
近年来，我国企业发展飞速，一批批小型、中型企业也不断跻身于这个庞大的市场中来，要想谋求持续发展，必须得在巨大的市场中博得竞争力。而科学有效的财务预算管理正是发展企业及扩大企业规模最为重要的手段之一。当前，众多企业已经开始重视财务预算管理，但在实际工作中，由于专业型预算管理人才的缺乏和预算制度的不完善、管理模式的滞后等诸多问题的存在，企业的财务预算管理不仅作用范围小且并没有达到可观的效能。服务行业正是如今蓬勃发展且发展潜能巨大的中心行业，服务型企业必将逐渐视财务预算管理为企业财务管理的重心来帮助企业适应复杂的外部环境。
本文通过对财务预算管理在企业管理中的作用，突出财务预算管理的重要性。通过对现代企业管理中预算管理存在的问题，探寻完善企业财务预算管理制度的途径。通过对H企业的预算管理方法及效果分析，归纳出合适于服务型企业自身特点的预算管理规则，结合市场变化导致预算变化的常见问题提出相应的对策。希望对我国现代服务型企业财务预算管理发展提供借鉴。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, our country enterprise development speed rapid, hordes of small and medium-sized enterprises are also constantly in this huge market, want to seek sustainable development, must be won in the huge market competitiveness. The scientific and effective financial budget management is the development of enterprises, and expand the scale of the enterprise one of the most important means of. At present, many enterprises have begun to pay attention to the financial budget management, but in practice, due to the lack of apparatus of budget management talent and the budget system imperfect, the management mode of the existence of many problems, such as the financial budget management of the enterprise scope not only small and did not reach significant effectiveness. Service industry is booming now and the center of the huge development potential industry, service-oriented businesses will gradually see financial budget management as the focus of enterprise financial management to help enterprises to adapt to the complex and changeable market environment. In this paper, through the analysis of the role of financial budget management in enterprise financial management, highlights the importance of financial budget management. Based on the problems of budget management in modern enterprise management, explore ways to improve the system of enterprise financial budget management. Based on H enterprise budget management method and result analysis, induces the appropriate rules of budget management in a service-oriented enterprise itself characteristics, combined with market changes lead to budget common problems put forward corresponding countermeasures. Hope that the development of modern service oriented enterprise financial budget management of our country for reference.
