摘  要
在经济向高科技、新技术方向发展的同时，国内航空产业综合实力较弱，业务单一，缺乏竞争力，特别是没有优厚的资源条件支持，在市场中的快速发展变得尤其困难。相对于其他行业而言，我国通用航空业具有其他行业不曾具备的下列诸多特点：附加值高、应运范围广、专业性强、人才密集度高、技术密集度高等。对于促进产业结构转型升级具有直接带动作用。在这样的形势与情况下，本文通过研究分析，得出有现实意义的建议措施，提升航空产业发展的方式方法。作者通过所学知识，分析研究航空产业管理方面存在问题的原因，根据其与其它的数据情况进行对比，提出具体的建议，达到提升综合应用力之目的。
在我国，由于经济、管理等原因现在处于刚刚起步的阶段，也即将处于蓬勃上升期间和阶段，在调结构、促增长的经济发展思路下，通用航空业愈发显示出独有的优势，如何有效地针对市场，建立起符合当前我国国情的发展思路，显得极其重要。在国际国内市场不断变化情况下，特别是近期国际政治、经济形势的起伏波折的现实下，通用航空的战略管理理论与实践更有必要对当前发展状况进行指导。
在这样的综合形势背景情况下，针对管理机制的现状，研究航空业的管理体系，从而加强和优化管理机制。运用多种经济学科的理论及方法，构建风险防范和预警体系，增强发展过程能力，同时也对于提高中国通用航空业管理水平提出了对策建议。因此本文旨在探明我国通用航空业的市场特征、项目需求和未来发展趋势，以此为基础提出识别我国通用航空项目投资风险的方法。

ABSTRACT
General aviation holds the important status in the national economy， the development of social economy， to promote， political， culture， education， sports， health， tourism and other business， improve the people's living standard， will play a more and more important role. The developed countries， such as Britain， American， general aviation has become an important national strategic industries and pillar of the economy， in our country， the general aviation due to economic， management and other reasons now in its infancy stage， also is in a stage of vigorous development， general aviation has a huge space for development and broad application prospects.
General aviation industry will be China's future the most important economic growth pole one， mark general aviation industry is a national modernization level， comprehensive reflection of the development of science and technology. In adjusting the structure and promoting the national will growth， general aviation industry increasingly show unique advantages， general aviation industry will become the darling of the capital investment.
In recent years， with the sustained and rapid development of Chinese economy， the market process step by step， the major changes in the general aviation market structure. Previously， the main service object of general aviation for the government or state-owned enterprises， price the main reference operation fee standards formulated by the government execution， operation expenses are mainly financial payment. General aviation is a popular aviation industry， is an important part of China's national economy new growth pole and the aviation industry， is a national comprehensive national strength especially is one of the important signs of the level of industrialization， in parallel with the air transport for the two wings of civil aviation. Compared with other industries， general aviation has a strong professional， wide application， technology and talents， higher value-added features， to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure has a direct drive action.
China's general aviation business environment is constantly changing， the theory and practice of strategic management is in fast development， financial risk management in this study a general aviation enterprise as we open a new perspective. At the same time， in China's general aviation industry to achieve development at a high speed through the lease has caused irrational asset structure， asset is indebted rate is exorbitant contradiction. Problems of high operating costs， depreciation and operating lease expenses are high， the exchange rate risk is big China Airlines. The general aviation enterprise project investment have brought great risk. The project demand and the development trend in the future so the purpose of this paper is to explore the market characteristics， China's general aviation industry， is presented based on the method of investment risk identification of general aviation projects in china. Using the risk management and financial management as the basis， the use of economics， statistics and investment and finance and other theoretical knowledge， theory evaluation model and risk system construction General Aviation Corporation investment risk， and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on its unique risk aversion.
