摘    要
随着信息时代的到来,企业面临的是一个动态多变的全球化竞争环境,知识和信息在制造型企业的作用日益突出,效率成了影响企业生存的重要因素.企业的整体运作效率越来越取决于知识工作者,他们以计算机为操作平台,在网络化环境中运用自己的显性和隐性知识为企业的产品和服务增值.
本论文从知识工作的界定入手,研究影响其工作效率的因素及其评价指标体系。文章在对企业知识型员工进行界定的基础上,首先对知识型员工的特点进行了分析,然后就知识经济条件下企业知识型员工的管理问题进行了探讨。通过对知识工作效率特点的分析,总结出知识工作效率的影响因素,构建其概念模型,并建立了适合企业知识型员工的系统评价模型。影响因素主要有:个人因素、任务因素、管理因素、环境因素;其次,本文通过实验设计着重研究其中两个因素对知识工作效率的作用;最后根据评价指标体系对影响因素提出知识工作效率的提高途径进行评价。

ABSTRACT

This paper from the start with the definition of knowledge work, study its impact on the efficiency of the factors and evaluation index system. The article in the knowledge-based enterprises to define employees on the basis of, first of all on the characteristics of a knowledge-based staff were analyzed and then the knowledge-based economy under the conditions of a knowledge-based enterprise management staff of the issues discussed. Through the knowledge of the characteristics of the work efficiency, summed up the impact of the efficiency of knowledge, build their conceptual model, and the establishment of a knowledge-based enterprises for staff evaluation model of the system. Influencing factors are: personal factors, tasks, management factors, environmental factors and secondly, this paper focuses on the design of two factors on the efficiency of knowledge of the role of the final evaluation index system based on the factors to improve the efficiency of knowledge Means of evaluation.
