摘 要:随着世界经济的全球化,越来越多的企业选择了走出国门,来到中国寻找更大的市场份额。然而这些外资企业在华经营碰到的最大障碍莫过于文化差异,对这支跨文化和多元文化的人力资源管理状况直接决定着企业的经营绩效和企业竞争力。本文着眼于文化,通过对跨文化人力资源管理理论与外资企业在华的实际经营状况相结合,结合外资企业在我国的经营的实例,找出在跨文化人力资源管理中所存在的问题,并提出自己的观点与对策意见,以及对中国的企业走出国门的启示小结。

The Analysis of MNCs’ Cross-Cultural Human Resources Management in China
Abstract: With the globalization of world economy, more and more companies choose to go abroad, to come to China to find a larger market share. However, these foreign-funded enterprises operating in China than the biggest obstacle encountered cultural differences, on this cross-cultural and multi-cultural human resource management directly determines the business performance and competitiveness. In this paper, we will operate with foreign-funded enterprises in China instance, identify cross-cultural human resource management in the problems and put forward their views and measures opinions. Based on the cross-cultural human resource management theory and the actual foreign-funded enterprises in China, the combination of operating conditions, different circumstances of foreign-funded enterprises should be selected by the cross-cultural human resource management.
