摘 要:我国企业员工素质不高已经成为制约企业文化建设和经济发展的主要因素,如何提高员工的素质水平也成为企业管理的新问题和研究的新课题。本文在分析“文化认同”理论对员工素质教育影响的基础上,通过了解企业素质教育的现状,深入剖析了当前我国企业员工素质教育培训中存在的不足,提出了企业员工素质教育在“文化认同”理论的导向下,建立一套可行的、有效提高员工素质教育培训的建议。
