员工幸福感对工作绩效的影响分析(8000字)
摘 要:近年来,随着人本主义人力资源管理在中国企业的重视,人力资源部门更加注重通过提升员工“幸福感”来提升员工工作绩效。通过研究国内外学者对于“幸福感”及“工作绩效”的研究,可以发现福感往往与其工作绩效之间存在着正相关的关系。本文作者通过问卷调查法在其实习所在公司进行简单随机抽样,并运用相关性分析的方法研究了员工幸福感于其工作绩效之间的关系,得出了决定员工幸福感的若干因素,及员工幸福感总量与员工工作绩效之间存在着一定的正相关。

REASERCH ON THE IMPACT OF EMPLOYEE’S SENSE OF HAPPINESS TO JOB PERFORMANCE
Abstract: As one of the essencial portion of enterprise human resource management, the performance management has widely attracted the scholar’s attention. In recent years, with more attenrion have been paid to humanistic human resource management, the department of HR found it is useful as well as essential to enhance staff’s efficiency by develop their sense of happiness. During the progress of management , what problems will be encountered , the author will discuss the issue in this article.
