中小民营企业职业经理人的发展问题及对策研究(18000字)
摘要:在经济全球化背景下,我国中小民营企业的发展面临了严重的挑战。而职业经理人在推动企业发展和提高企业竞争力的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,因此研究职业经理人的发展问题很有必要。本文首先阐述了职业经理人产生的背景、概念、特点及企业角色定位;然后在此基础上,总结出职业经理人的发展现状,并进一步对其发展问题进行了深入剖析。最后,结合国内外职业经理人典型的发展模式,提出我国中小民营企业职业经理人的发展提出了对策和建议。

An Analysis on Development Problems and Countermeasures of Professional Managers in Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises
Abstract:The privately-ruined small and medium enterprises in China have been encountered serious challenges on the background of economic globalization. The professional managers play a more and more important role in enterprises development and competitiveness improvement; therefore, researching the development of professional managers is rather necessary. Firstly, the article provides you with an overview of professional managers, elaborated the background of their come into being, the definition of the concept, as well as their characteristics and orientation of the role they are playing. Basing on this, by combining with social reality, we summarized the current development situation of the professional managers, and dogged deeper into the issues of their development .Finally, by adopting some domestic and international superior cases, we propose some suggestions and countermeasures to promote professional managers’ development who work in small and medium enterprises,
