Elementary Analysis on Developmental Problems and Countermeasures of the BOSAN Machinery Parts Company
Abstract: As an important part of the factors which promote the economy, the small and medium-sized private enterprises have been seriously affected by the increasing environmental uncertainty. Firstly, the paper related concepts of the private enterprises will be defined, then taking the BOSAN Machinery Parts Company for example, the paper will introduce the overview of the development and the current situation of the company and analyses the problems which impedes the development of this company and how these problems formed in detail. In the end, the paper uses the related theories to give some countermeasures and advices for the development of the BOSAN Machinery Parts Company.
