摘  要:一方面,大学生就业难,不少大学生为了找到一份工作,不惜打出“零薪水试用”的旗号,另一方面,很多大学生刚刚可以胜任一些有价值的工作,却又忙着“另觅新欢”。给企业造成了较大的损失。本文通过对已经或即将毕业的80后进行跳槽的调查与研究,对政策,社会环境,家庭学校小环境,工作压力,责任心,科学合理的职业规划等几个方面进行研究。所以本文的重点讨论在于80后真正频繁跳槽的原因及现象是如何产生,究竟利弊。以及针对这一现象进行对策研究。
