低碳经济背景下我国电动汽车产业发展初探(14000字)
    摘  要 ：随着全球变暖的趋势越加恶劣，如何应对未来的环境能源危机，实现“到2050年彻底建立低碳经济社会”的目标，已成为全球的当务之急。目前国内石油资源的短缺和环境问题的加剧，无疑对我国汽车产业的节能环保提出了更高的要求。我国发展具有“零排放”和低耗能的电动汽车显得日益紧迫。但电动汽车产业也面临着一些发展瓶颈，中国如何根据自身的情况，制定合理的技术发展路线和产业化战略来推动我国电动汽车产业的发展，是当前迫切需要解决的问题。

Study on the Development of Electric Vehicle Industry in the Context of Low Carbon Economy in China
    Abstract: With the global warming trend is becoming more and more severe, how to deal with the future of the environment and energy crisis, achieve" to complete 2050build a low-carbon economy society" target, has become a pressing matter of the moment. At present the domestic petroleum resource shortage and environmental problems intensified, undoubtedly to our country automobile industry energy saving and environmental protection put forward higher requirements. China's development has" zero emissions" and low energy consumption electric car to appear increasingly pressing. But the electric car industry also faces some bottlenecks in the development of China, according to their own situation, formulate a reasonable technology development and industrialization strategy to promote China's electric vehicle industry development, is an urgent problem to be solved.
