摘  要
仓储管理已经成为企业实现盈利和提高竞争力的一条重要途径,越来越多的企业开始重视建设现代化仓储管理系统。对于电力企业,由于物资规模大,仓储管理在企业中占据更加重要的地位。然而,目前我国电力企业的仓储管理水平低下,大多数企业的仓储管理缺少科学地指导,没有把现代仓储管理的理论运用起来,导致企业的仓储管理混乱不堪、效率低下,运营成本居高不下。构建现代化的仓储管理体系,降低企业成本,增强企业核心竞争力,已经成为电力公司发展中亟待决绝的难题。
本文以舟山电力公司为研究对象。首先,通过阅读大量文献了解现代化仓储管理的新理念、新观点;其次,通过访谈法和观察法全面了解舟山电力公司的仓储管理现状,发现其存在的突出问题;再次,结合管理理论和企业现状分析总结出企业出现这些问题的主客观原因;最后,提出舟山电力公司仓储管理系统切实可行的优化方案。
根据本文的研究,舟山电力公司存在的主要问题在于公司目前整体的管理水平低下,资源得不到合理利用。产生这些问题的主要原因在于物资出入库效率低下、仓储设备落后、仓储管理人员执行力不足、物资布局不合理、物资编码混乱等方面。对舟山电力公司仓储方案的优化也从上述五大方面逐一进行改进。最终,通过对仓储优化方案实施前后情况进行对比,发现经过优化后仓储工作的运作效率、吞吐能力、空间利用率大大提高,而且优化后仓储管理人员的全责更加明确,工作效率也极大提高。本文的研究,不仅仅对舟山电力公司的仓储系统优化具有良好的指导作用,而且也可以为同类企业进行仓储系统改革提供借鉴。

Abstract
Warehouse management has become an important way for enterprises to achieve profitability and improve competitiveness, therefore, more and more enterprises begin to pay more attention to the construction of a modern warehouse management system. For the electric power enterprises, due to the large scale of materials, storage management plays a more important role in the enterprise. However, the management level of electric power enterprises in China is low, and most of them are lack of scientific guidance, also the management of the modern warehouse management is not used, which leads to the chaos of warehouse management, low efficiency and high operating costs. To build a modern warehouse management system, reduce enterprise cost, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, has become a decisive problem urgently in the development of electric power company.
Let’s take "Zhoushan" electric power company as the research object. First of all, through a large number of literature reading to understand the modern warehouse management of new ideas; second, through the interview method and observation method to fully understand the "Zhoushan" electric power company's warehouse management status, has found its outstanding problems; third, combined with the management theory and enterprise status quo analysis and summarized the reasons for the main and objective of the enterprise. Finally, put forward the "Zhoushan" electric power company warehouse management system feasible optimization scheme.
According to the research of this paper, the main problems of “Zhoushan" electric power company is currently the overall management level is low, the resources can not be rationally used. The main reason for these problems lies in the low efficiency of storage, storage equipment, storage management personnel, lack of executive power, material distribution is unreasonable, material and other aspects of the chaos and confusion, and so on. Optimization of storage scheme for “Zhoushan" electric power company is improved from the above five aspects. Finally, through the implementation of the storage optimization scheme, we found that the operation efficiency, throughput capacity, space utilization ratio of the storage operation improved greatly, and the full responsibility of the warehouse management is more clear, and the work efficiency is also improved well.  The research of this paper is not only has a good guide to the storage system of "Zhoushan" electric power company, but also can provide reference for the similar enterprises.
