项目经理素质模型探讨(论文14000字)
摘 要
项目经理的素质对一个企业的招聘，培训、选拔、绩效管理、职业生涯规划等诸多方面有着举足轻重的地位，而项目经理模型的构建与运用又是实现前者的基础。但是，目前国内的项目经理素质模型的研究尚且不足。本文基于此，从概念入手，探讨了项目经理素质模型的构建与运用，并且提出了意见和建议，希望能对企业的项目经理的选拔、培养、绩效上有所帮助。
随着项目经理的发展，职业化的进程，都要求项目经理必需拥有过硬的管理技能和技术要求，同时项目经理若要实现预定项目管理的各种目标，项目经理的能力要求 “软”的方面——个性因素也起着决定性作用。
从我国现状来看，大多数项目经理都来源于理工科毕业的技术人员，而一直从事技术工作的人在知识结构和能力素质方面与优秀的项目经理要求有着很大的差距。通过对优秀项目经理胜任能力模型的研究，可以帮助项目经理快速提升自身的能力素质，从而促进其职业生涯的发展。在项目经理的胜任能力要素中，个体性格特征占有很重要的位置，而不同的性格具有不同的行为倾向，因此研究性格特征在胜任能力要素中的影响作用有着极其重要的理论和现实意义。

Abstract
The quality of the project manager of a company's recruitment, training, selection, performance management, career planning has a pivotal position, many aspects, such as the project manager model building and is the basis of the former. However, the current domestic project manager competency model research still lack. In this paper, based on this, from the concept, this paper probes into the construction of the project manager competency model and use, and put forward opinions and Suggestions, hoping to to enterprise's project manager on the selection, training, performance of help.
Along with the development of the project manager, the process of professionalization, requires the project manager must have good management skills and technical requirements, at the same time, the project manager to implement due to various goals of project management, the ability requirements of the project manager - "soft" aspects of personality factors also play a decisive role.
From the current situation in our country, most project managers graduated from science and engineering and technical personnel, and the one who has been engaged in technical work in the aspects of knowledge structure and ability quality and excellent project manager for a big gap. Based on the research of the outstanding project manager competency model, and can help project managers to quickly raise their ability quality, so as to promote the development of their career. In the competence elements of the project manager, the individual character characteristic occupies very important position, and different character has different behavior, so the influences of personality traits in competence elements has a very important theoretical and practical significance.
