摘要
现代大型国际展会在国际间经济、文化与科技的交流中起着越来越重要的作用,随着世园会的不断演化和发展,世园会园区的后续的发展受到业界和学术界越来越多的重视,作为国际大型展会的物质载体,世园会园区的后续经营管理也是世园会的一部分,对充分发挥世园会带来的经济社会效益有着深远的意义。
2011西安世界园艺博览会精彩绽放,向世界展示了西安文明、开放、包容的新形象,吸引了全国各地众多游客前来参观旅游,有力地带动了西安乃至全省经济全面快速发展,尤其是带动旅游、交通、住宿、餐饮等第三产业的显著增长。本届世园会共接待海内外游客1572万人次,刷新了历届世园会入园总人数纪录。伴随着西安世界园艺博览会的落幕,“后世园”时代已经来临。同时也面临着诸多的挑战,特别是后期运营和管理。因此,探索西安世园集团“后世园”经营模式具有现实意义和借鉴价值。
本文从基本概念的界定及理论综述入手,探讨了西安世园集团经营模式现状及问题分析;在对比国内外典型后世园建设和浐灞地区实际情况的基础探索出西安世园集团“后世园”经营新模式—“市场主导+政府协调”的浐灞模式;以期能够给学术界和业界以可行性理论借鉴和实质指导。

Abstract
The large-scale modern international exhibitions are playing an increasingly significant role in international economic, cultural, scientific and technological communication. With the continuous revolution and development of the World Garden Exhibition, the sustainable development of these Parks have attracted more and more attention and have been attached growing importance. However, the follow-up operation and management of these Exhibitions, as the material carrier of the large international exhibitions, are also part and parcel of the World Garden Exhibition. They will play a profound role in bringing into full play the Park’s economic and social returns.
The successful commencement of the 2011 Xian World Garden Expo demonstrated to the world a new picture of Xian’s civilization, openness and comprehensiveness and attracted millions of tourists both at home and abroad to visit here. Therefore, it has vigorously promoted the overall and rapid economic development, particularly the development of tourism, transportation, accommodation and catering service industries, of Xian and Shanxi Province as a whole. The World Horticultural Exposition welcomes global visitor in all 15720000 person time witch refresh the total number of successive World Horticultural Exposition admission record.With the Xian World Garden Expo coming to an end , the” Post World Garden Expo”era is already around the corner. It is, however, confronted with many challenges, particularly the operating and management challenges in later period. For “Xian Post World Garden Expo”,it is of practical significance and of great reference value for us to make reasonable explorations to the management model of the “Xian Post World Garden Expo”.
This paper is based upon the significance and background of the selected theme. It will introduce the definition of basic conceptions and comprehensive description of relevant theories, and the current condition and problem analysis of the operating model of Xian World Garden Expo Corporation. This paper will, in accordance with the blueprint of “Chanba Ecological Garden” ‘s economic development conceptions, pinpoint the construction and implementation of “Xian Post World Garden Expo” operating “Chanba”model. Finally, this paper will summarize the main points of this paper itself and its designed operating model ,for theoretical reference of the academic field and substantial guidance of the professional field.
