论我国农民工回乡创业面临的困境及出路(9600字)
摘 要：农民工是改革开放的产物，但由于金融危机等种种原因造成大量农民工回乡，然而，农民工回乡创业仍面临着诸多困境。创业缺乏优惠政策，办事难，融资难，用地受制约，是当前我国农民工回乡创业面临的最大困难。针对这些困境，将提出一系列的对策，如加强政府创业支持，培植优化农民工创业环境，培训体制创新，金融体制创新。文章分析了农民工回乡创业面临的困境，并提出了解决这些问题的对策。

Talk About The Dilemma Chinese Rural Migrant Workers’ Backing Home to Venture Facing And The Way Out
Abstract: Migrant workers is the product of the reform and opening up, but because the financial crisis wait for a variety of reasons caused a lot of migrant workers to return, however, migrant workers to return venture is still facing many difficulties. Lack of entrepreneurial preferential policies, work hard, financing, land use limited, migrant workers in China's current home entrepreneurship biggest difficulties. According to these difficulties, puts forward a series of measures, such as strengthening entrepreneurial government support, and to cultivate entrepreneurial environment optimized rural migrant workers, training system innovation, the financial system innovation. This paper analyzes the migrant workers to return the dilemma facing the business, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
