摘 要：随着新农村建设的大力推进，城市就业压力不断增大，农民工返乡创业成为了农村劳动力转移出现的一个新趋势。然而，农民工创业的环境形势是不容乐观，存在先创业的资金不足、创业环境缺乏公平、创业者的素质有待提高、创业投资盲目性大、创业缺乏人才支撑等问题。重点提出了拓宽创业资金渠道、营造良好的创业政策环境、构建创业人才培训模式、加强创业市场信息指导。希望能够促进农民工创业得到持续的发展。
