摘 要
随着现代科学技术的发展和计算机技术的普及,高速数据采集系统已应用于越来越多的场合。本文阐述的数据采集处理系统采用54xDSP-TMS320VC5402来控制ADS8364完成数据的高速A\D转换,再经DSP进行前端的数字信号处理后,通过RS-232串行通讯口传给上位机,从而进一步对数据进行处理。系统采用了差分缓冲输入,可对两路模拟信号同时进行数据采集,且每个通道的采集频率250kHz,转换时间为4μs,分辨为16位,精度为 1/2LSB。该系统满足信号采集处理对高精度及实时性的要求。该系统可应用于数字仪器工业领域及高精度嵌入式的控制系统等多种数据采集领域,具有高速、灵活等优点。

Abstract
With the development of modern science and technology popularity of computer technology,high-speed data acquisition system has been applied to an increasing number of occasions.This paper expatiates the use of data acquisition and processing system 54xDSP-TMS320VC5402 control ADS8364 high-speed data A/D converter and then to the front of the DSP digital signal processing, through the RS-232 serial communication passed to PC, which can be further data Processing.The system acquiring data at same time though differential buffered inputs.4us total throughput per channel and six、16-bit、frequency can get to 250KHz, precision error at 1/2LSB. The system fully meet the signal acquisition and processing of high-precision and real-time requirements.The system can used at digital instrument industrial field and such as embedded control system data acquisit field.It include many excellences like high-speed、agility etc.
