FPGA-based Mine Safety Monitoring
Abstract: In recent years, frequent mine accidents have occurred in China and mine detection has received extensive attention. This design developed a mine safety monitoring system based on FPGA and used a methane sensor to monitor the methane concentration in the mine in real time. Once the methane concentration exceeds the threshold, an early warning is issued. Considering the special environment under the mine, To ensure that the circuit has no circuit breakage, on this system, the monitoring of the circuit was added. The voltage and current of the system suddenly changed, indicating that the components of the system had failed and the system immediately issued an alarm.
