基于光纤Michelson干涉仪的折射率与温度传感特性研究(论文11000字)
摘要:如今,传感器在朝着微型、精密、智能等方向发展。光纤传感器具有电绝缘、精度高、微结构等特点成为人们研究的热点。本文根据光纤干涉仪传感器的原理与其在实际中的一些运用,制作设计了将微管熔接在Michelson光纤干涉仪的反射端的新型结构,主要研究如下:
首先,本文具体分析了Michelson干涉仪的发展历程及其研究现状和未来的发展情况,在与其他干涉仪的对比和一些实际运用中发现了光纤Michelson干涉仪传感器的一些不足的地方。其次,目前大部分的光纤传感器制作工艺复杂、成本高不利于光纤传感器的普及,且大多数的光纤Michelson干涉仪传感器的末端暴露于空气中,容易受到外部环境的干扰。因此,本文结合前人的一些研究和对光纤Michelson干涉仪的一些了解,设计了在光纤反射端面熔接二氧化硅微管结构的新型光纤Michelson干涉仪传感器。另外,描述了常见的几种光纤干涉仪传感器,描述了Michelson干涉仪的一些基本特性。此外,详细的介绍了新型端面反射光纤Michelson干涉仪传感器的设计与制作过程。最后,通过实验的方法探究其对于温度与折射率响应情况,并计算出其温度与折射率的响应灵敏度。

Research on Refractive Index and Temperature Sensing Characteristics Based on Fiber Michelson Interferometer
Abstract:Nowadays, sensors are moving in the direction of micro, precision, and intelligence. Optical fiber sensors with electrical insulation, high precision, and micro-structure have become hot topics of research.According to the principle of fiber optic interferometer sensor and some practical applications, this paper designs and designs a new structure for welding microtubes to the reflection end of Michelson fiber interferometer. The main research is as follows:
Firstly, this paper analyzes the development history of Michelson interferometer and its research status and future development. In comparison with other interferometers and some practical applications, some shortcomings of fiber-optic Michelson interferometer sensors are found.Secondly, most of the current fiber-optic sensor manufacturing processes are complex and costly, which is not conducive to the popularity of fiber-optic sensors. Most of the ends of fiber-optic Michelson interferometer sensors are exposed to the air and are easily interfered by the external environment.Therefore, this paper combines some previous studies and some understanding of the fiber-optic Michelson interferometer to design a new fiber-optic Michelson interferometer sensor that fuses the silicon dioxide micro-tube structure on the fiber-reflecting end face.In addition, several common fiber optic interferometer sensors are described, describing some of the basic characteristics of Michelson interferometers.Furthermore, the design and fabrication process of a new type of end-reflection fiber Michelson interferometer sensor is introduced in detail.Finally, the temperature response and refractive index response were investigated experimentally, and the response sensitivity of temperature and refractive index was calculated.
