基于单片机的甲醛气体检测仪设计(任务书,开题报告,论文13000字)
摘 要
甲醛化学式为CH2O,无色但具有刺激性气味。其在工业生产方面的用途比较广泛,但在生活中,人们对于甲醛存在强烈的抵触心理,原因在于其是一种有毒气体,但甲醛又是很常见尤其是装修之后甲醛浓度会格外高。传统的甲醛检测方法比较繁琐,因此设计一种便于操作、检测精度高的甲醛检测仪很有必要。
基于上述研究理念,本课题计划研究设计一种兼具检测甲醛浓度和超浓度报警的甲醛检测仪,此外为了方便查看数据还设计了无线传输数据的功能。总体的设计方案是将其基于一款型号为STC89C52RC的单片机,选择型号为ZE08-CH2O的甲醛传感器,单片机对信号实行处理,然后数值显示在LCD上,通过无线传输模块发送数据到电脑端。
此课题研究设计的基于单片机的甲醛气体检测仪操作简便、功耗低、灵敏度高。系统的主要功能是显示甲醛浓度值和时间信息、超值报警、无线传输数据。

Formaldehyde Gas Detector Based on Single Chip MCU
Abstract
Formaldehyde chemical formula CH2O, colorless but with a pungent odor. It is widely used in industrial production, but in life, there is a strong resistance to formaldehyde, because it is a toxic gas, but it is very common, especially after decoration, formaldehyde concentration will be particularly high. The traditional formaldehyde detection method is more cumbersome, so it is necessary to design a formaldehyde detector which is easy to operate and has high detection precision.
Based on the above research concept, this project plans to design a formaldehyde detector with both formaldehyde concentration and ultra-concentration alarm, and also designed the function of wireless transmission data in order to facilitate the view of the data. The overall design is based on a model for the STC89C52RC single-chip, select the model ZE08-CH2O formaldehyde sensor, induction formaldehyde gas, single-chip signal processing, the LCD shows the detection concentration and time information, wireless The transfer module transfers the data to the computer.
This project research and design based on the single-chip formaldehyde gas detector is simple, low power consumption, high sensitivity. Its main function is to display formaldehyde concentration and time information, value alarm, wireless transmission of data.
