Drip speed detection and alarm device
ABSTRACT
This paper describes the use of infrared photoelectric tube detection level and drip infusion of speed, and thus to control the stepper motor speed drops. Complete systems are microcontroller as the core, and to some of the peripheral circuit further assistance, design a convenient and effective dropping speed detection equipment and level alarm device. This device has a more comprehensive feature can be achieved by dropping speed detection and comparison with the set value of the dropping speed feedback and control, and real-time speaking current drip rate clearly displayed on the screen, liquid speed regulation range up to 0 drops / min -100 drops / min. Whenever a lower level after the warning level can be expected to alert their own. This paper describes the hardware and software design of the device.
